Print: "Sahalie Falls"

Sahalie Falls is one Oregon’s Treasures. The word "Sahalie" is a Chinook word meaning “high”.  Sahalie Falls is indeed a high, glorious waterfall. The McKenzie River crashes 100 feet over a lava cliff to form this stunning display. There is hiking trails though the forest and down to another fall, 80” Koosha.  This painting is from a photo Kathy’s father took.
